Writing Songs

November 29th, 2010

So i’m trying to finish a bunch of songs so that i’m prepared to record this weekend. I don’t want to rush it… but i seem to work better under pressure.
I’m working with Glenn Suravech. We’ve already laid down the main tracks for:
The Minute
How She Feels
Where Did She Go (version 2.0)
I Will Be There Too
Confused
Alone
The Shovel

This weekend I want to see if I can lay down:
Scrappin For A Purpose
Lazy Love
With Her
an instrumental piece, unnamed
My Faith In You

we’ll see.

I have two separate songs that have a similar sounding last line of the chorus… one goes – “just know that I will be there too” and the other goes- “and I love to be with her too”. Does that bother anyone?
