Photography
You & Your Digital Camera
Do you want to learn how to use your camera
so you can take great pictures? Students will
familiarize themselves with their camera’s
controls, what purpose they serve, and
how to improve the quality of their photos.
By the end of this class, students will be at
ease with general photographic concepts;
understand the features of their camera;
have a better “eye” for seeing creative
images; and produce better photographs.
Supplies: A $10 materials fee will be collected
in class. Please bring your camera and manual
to class.

Beginning Digital
SLR Photography
So you bought a new digital SLR (single lens
reflex) camera to capture photos of family and
friends, but can’t figure out how to use it?
You see all of those interesting controls, but
all you use is the Auto Mode? In just 3 hours,
you will learn to master the most important
controls on your dSLR to assure accurate
exposures and capture tack-sharp images.
